Martin is no stranger to the club after coaching the Reserve Team in 2015. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of players that Martin has assembled. Matt Kolich has been with the club for many years now and we are very grateful for his commitment and the passion he has for the club and the Greek Community. Andy MacKay has played for the Olympic Masters team over years gone by and has now taken the step into coaching.
The team manager’s job is one that is often overlooked but is crucial to the smooth running and success of a team. Thank you Rick for stepping up again. Welcome to Peter Ettema who will be supporting Matt by managing the Reserve Team.
Finally we welcome back Jamie Belesky back for the 5th straight year to look after the players injuries. Jamie comes to us via Proactive Physio who have a large focus on the Four Corners of Health; Physical Function, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindset.
The history of Wellington Olympic is littered with sensational Greek players representing the club over the many years, going back to when the club was The Apollon 1953 – 1958, CYFC 1959 – 1982 to now, Wellington Olympic 1983 – Present.
We would like to welcome back our current crop of Greek Boys for the 2020 season. It is important to the club to have Greek youth (some not so youthful these days) representing the community. Kalós írthate píso agória.

Wellington Olympic welcome Jack-Henry Sinclair to Wellington Olympic for the 2020 season. Jack-Henry comes off the back of a stellar year with Team Wellington where he knocked in 7 great goals and was a provider of goals on 6 occasions.
Jack-Henry has represented New Zealand at both the U17 and U20 World Cups and had a short spell with the Wellington Phoenix. Welcome Jack-Henry we look forward to seeing you bang in some goals at the bank end of Wakefield Park this season.

After wearing Adidas for many years, with no brand support, it was timely when Ultra Football and Ben Sigmund came knocking. Wellington Olympic have agreed a 3 year term to wear Nike supplied gear from Ultra Football.
