Wellington Olympic is the sporting body of the Greek Orthodox Community of Wellington under it's parent body, GOYANZ Inc, which includes the Greek Orthodox Church.

Originally called the CHRISTIAN YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB, Olympic was founded by the Greek Orthodox Church through Father Elias Economou and played under the banner of the Church.   

To this day, our affiliation with the Church remains strong and relevant.
